GOP honors black congressmen and senators

A resolution, co-sponsored by Virgin Islands GOP National Committeeman Jevon Williams, honoring the country’s first black congressmen and senators was passed by the Republican National Committee today.

Virgin Islanders elect new national GOP chairman

The territory’s three members of the Republican National Committee joined GOP leaders from across the country in electing the party’s new national chairman.

VIGOP goes to Capitol Hill

The territory’s Republican leaders are going to Capitol Hill today.

Virgin Islands Republican chairman John Canegata, national committeewoman and former territorial Sen. Lilliana Belardo de O’Neal, and national committeeman Jevon Williams will raise several issues in a meeting with the Republican majority on the House of Representatives Subcommittee on Indian, Insular, and Alaskan Native Affairs.

Virgin Islanders off to Washington for Trump inaugural

The Virgin Islands will be represented at the Jan. 20 inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect Mike Pence.

Plaskett’s stunt does nothing for Virgin Islanders

Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett’s latest stunt on the floor of the House of Representatives does nothing to improve the life of Virgin Islanders.
